| Description: | The Pallini Limoncello Liqueur is based on an old family recipe dating back to 1875 and is crafted exclusively from Sfusato Lemons which are harvested from Italy's Amalfi Coast. These lemons are then shipped to their Rome facility where they are peeled before being macerated in a neutral spirit distilled from sugar beets, infusing it with essential oils from their zest in the process. After this maceration, sugar is then added to this spirit infusion to achieve the desired taste before being colored, diluted with pure water, and finally bottled. |
