The Cabernet Sauvignon, by its generosity will bring us a spicy side, with touches of licorice, as well as a fruity side (cherry, prunes, blackcurrant and blackberry). This variety with its robust and powerful character unites with Cabernet Franc to gain freshness and liveliness. A complex, smooth wine with elegant tannins. Notes of undergrowth, leather and cooked fruit reveal themselves over time Good aging potential. Covering the vine stock with soil in autumn, plowing-down in spring, tilling and allowing natural grasses to grow; biodynamic practices include infusions and plant decoctions applied to the vineyards, following the rhythms of the biodynamic calendar.
