Big spice, dusty, stewed fruit, cracked black pepper and hints of fresh olive oil. They chose to use Hungarian oak and the result is clove, nutmeg, fennel and a great balance of tannins and savory notes. This is a brand to keep an eye on as they continue to make great wines while staying true to their style. |
