| Description: | Foot trodden in granite lagares for an evening before being transferred to stainless-steel vats for fermentation. Matured for 20 months in used French oak casks. On the nose, extremely fresh ripe black fruits aromas combined with floral notes ending in hints of liquor and chocolate. Rich, full, and complex on the palate with bold flavours, all the while maintaining its defining elegance. Succulent tannins contribute to a very long and delicious finish. |
