| Description: | Wine maker notes The Venezie region, located in the Northeast of Italy, has a lovely climate for producing wine. The climate of this region is heavily influenced by the Alps and the Adriatic Sea. The Alps provide protection from the brisk winds from the North, while the Adriatic Sea influence provides warmth. Alluvial and Calcareous soils create luscious, intense and fresh flavor profiles for the grapes. Grapes are harvested at the beginning of September. This Moscato delivers orange blossom, honey suckle and ripe peach aromas. The wine has a fresh, sweet citrus note and lovely ripe nectarine flavor with a hint of apricot. This wine pairs well with a mixture of fresh berries, summer salads, charcuterie, and cheese plates.
