| Description: | 100% Gruner Vetliner. Pale lemon in color. Bright aromas of Madagascar vanilla bean, beeswax, green apple, lemon curd, dried herbs, wet stone, mangos, white peach. Following to the palate, toasty cream of wheat, ripe Bartlett pear, apricot compote mixed with papaya and baked ginger. This is a dry wine with medium plus acidity, medium alcohol, and medium plus flavor intensity, culminating to a medium plus body. Well balance, the heaviness in intensity is counterbalanced by the levity in the acidty. The lees- cream notes also add to the body and roundness in texture which then lingers for a full long taste. |
