| Description: | The Rapaura Springs Reserve Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is one of New Zealand's most successful wines brimming with green, grassy flavors inherent to cold-climate Sauvignon Blanc. For this vintage, the grapes were harvested in April following a fairly warm winter and were carefully pressed to extract as much of their juice as possible. This juice was then cold-fermented in stainless steel vats to preserve its distinctive character before being finally bottled at 13% ABV. |
