| Description: | "den Chósta". 100% Syrah, mostly whole-cluster from the Sonoma Coast, this low Abv has all the markers that make the grape so enjoyable. Slightly unassuming but polished, it shows Teen Wolf-like wild side. There is a gamey smokiness providing savory notes with chaparral, blue sage and lavender while blueberries and plums are fresh from the 75% whole-cluster fermentation. Completely balanced with drying tannins and a powerful lightness. |
