Raspberry coulis, mint, sweet lavender, crushed rocks and round, ripe red berry fruit run all the way through to the core. Refined and polished, this is such a beautiful Cerasuolo, truly reflective of the beauty that can be achieved in this style. The 2023 has the stuffing to improve with bottle age, as evidenced by an extremely fine structure and fine tannins that are, for now, shielded behind the sheer concentration of fruit. Lovely. |
