| Description: | The 2022 Acidalia is a blend of 78% Merlot and 22% Cabernet Franc. The Merlot is destemmed while the Cab Franc has 100% stem inclusion. It spent about 11 months in French oak barrels before being bottled unfined and unfiltered. It's a lighter style red with some dark fruit and peppery spice, bright and exuberant on the nose. It is delicious with a slight chill, perfect for grill season! |
