| Description: | Pale yellow color with greenish rim. Bright, clean. Very expressive nose, good intensity. Markedly fruity (white and tropical fruit) and some floral touches (orange blossom). Homogeneous, long on the palate, fresh, with volume and good acidity.Fruity finish. Again the white fruit (pear) is the protagonist. Slight citrus reminiscence at the end. To pair with Pasta with basil, bechamel sauce, cheese. Enjoy it with seafood, white fish and white meats, such as chicken wings. |
