Terroir: From old vines on the lower slopes of Brézé and young vines from Epieds and Brézé, clay-limestone soils. Viticulture: Organic. Guyau Val de Loire pruning. Vinification: Hand harvested and carefully sorted in the vineyard. Pressed with whole clusters, ambient yeast fermentation. Aged for 7 months on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks, used barrels and foudre. Filtered. |
