Jean-Baptiste Duperray Glou-Glou Gamay, 1L
Description: | The nose is characterized by black cherry, raspberry, and damson, with an additional candied bubblegum note of carbonic maceration adding a pleasing complexity. However, this note is not as exaggerated as in Beaujolais Nouveau. On the palate, the wine is fruit-forward and expressive, with a nearly off-dry style. Flavors of blueberry, cherry, and cranberry are complemented by a rich core. While there are minimal tannins, the invigorating and fresh acidity adds to the overall experience. For a perfect pairing, lightly chill and enjoy this "Glou-Glou" with a charcuterie board or chill more and chug.
