| Description: | Intense ruby red. The nose is explosive, powerful and wide. Fruity notes of plum, citrus of cedar and grapefruit but also spicy are perceived. With the passing of the minutes in the glass there are hints of violet, characteristic of the terroir of Brunate. On the palate it is full and intense. The tannin is soft, round, velvety, typical of the territory of La Morra. On the final perception of licorice root. Paired best with red meat, roast, game. |
