| Description: | Winemaker's Notes: This Chardonnay (formerly known as Chamisal Vineyards Stainless Chardonnay) is all about purity and focus. Clean, vibrant fruit aromatics; lime zest, green apple, passionfruit and a light floral note. The palate showcases the ability of a chardonnay to be crisp but retain opulence without the influence of oak with a surprisingly round entry followed by long, linear acidity. The finish is clean with a hint of salinity. Tasting Notes: This regional blend (which is mostly from estate fruit) is a stunning deal. Aromas of lemon blossom, mint, lemon verbena and pear carry the nose.
