Together they have created a small, distinctive winery crafting elegant and food friendly wines using Old World winemaking traditions with New World innovation. This Riesling exhibits aromas of slate, flint and lemon zest. The palate is round (phat) upfront with crisp acidity toward the finish. Dry, mineral stone and flint on the mid-palate with a hint of dried pineapple toward the finish. Food Pairing: Appetizers, ceviche, goat cheese, mild white fish, roast pork, turkey, Chinese cuisine, curries, ginger, ham, scallops, shellfish, Thai cuisine, fresh fruit desserts, etc. |
