Traditions Ciderworks Amity Rose 750ml bottle
Description: | Hand crafted in the Willamette Valley, the Amity Rose Vintage Cider is produced using traditional French and English cider apples grown locally in Amity, Oregon. Working with our local grower, these hand-picked apples are fermented in a unique style to create a vintage cider which expresses the character and terroir of the 2011 Rose Orchard harvest. Bittersweet cider apples like Kingston Black, Michelin, and Medaille DOr lend strong tannins and honeysuckle notes to this complex cider. This vintage cider will improve with cellaring through 2017. 241 Cases Produced, 6.5% ABV, Traditional Dry French Style Region Description. \"Cider\" is an alcoholic beverage made usually from fermented apples, but pear and other pomme fruit varieties are popular as well. Made popular in the United Kingdom and drunk most widely there, it is referred to as \"hard\" cider in the United States to distinguish it from the non-alcoholic version. |
