| Description: | Linda Vista Vineyard is in the western part of the Oak Knoll District of Napa Valley, an area historically known for award winning Chardonnay. This organically- and dry-farmed vineyard benefits from cool coastal breezes snaking their way off of the San Pablo Bay, to provide bright acidity, while the inland sun teases out flavorful ripeness. On the nose tropical fruit flows into the kitchen for fresh-baked golden-delicious apple pie with a hint of key lime. Upon first sip you are greeted with a pop of bright acid then the edges rounded with a hint of pineapple upside down cake and a finish kissed with minerality. The wine displays both elegance and balance. |
