Our favorite is this blend of 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Touriga Nacional and 25% Alicante Bouschet. It possesses a deep garnet color and offers up expressive notes of black fruit, pepper, and earth, intermixed with vanilla and toasted oak from partial aging in French barrels. It delivers plenty of concentration and gusto for its humble price. |
