| Description: | A Gemischter Satz-esque wine. Gruner Veltliner, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Blanc are blended together, fermented on the skins whole cluster, pressed by foot and returned to a wooden tank to complete fermentation "en cuve". Then barreled back down into smaller old casks to age. Bottled early, without sulfur. Flavors of melon, long pepper, and green high mountain oolong. 356 cases made. |
