| Description: | The newly released 2012 Blanc de Noirs Côte de Béchalin is another magical Champagne from Cédric Bouchard, its southwest exposition issuing in a riper range of aromas than the north-facing Ursules—including honeycomb, peach, green mango and red apple—as well as more mid-palate volume. Full-bodied, textural and enveloping, it's rich and vinous, with a generous core of fruit, racy acids and a bright, chalky finish. Still an infant, this will reward further bottle age. |
