| Description: | Jermann Sauvignon 2015. Gentle Sb. Wonderfully creamy and mellow, aroma of fresh veggie. Enjoyed with corn cream soup with a raw egg. Typical nose, mainly citrus, grapefuit, a bit peach, vanilla although no wood. Not a crispy type of Sb, very soft and winy, body good, but unfortunately not really dry for my taste. Sauvignon Blanc tasting 5/8. Distinctive high minerality on nose. Dry, low+ bodied, high acidity. More citrus fruits on palate. Well balanced palate. Med long consistent finish. Old world sauvignon blanc all the way! |
