| Description: | Our Chardonnay is a rich and elegant wine with decadent layers of butter, cream, bright citrus and vanilla. A mild summer and a dry, temperate fall combined with light coastal winds produced fruit full of flavor. Because of Monterey County's notoriously long hang time, the grapes developed ripe, mature flavors. Minimal heat allowed for a long, slow ripening of the fruit, which resulted in concentrated and lively flavor profiles. |
