From a 0.80-ha parcel in the heart of this east-facing vineyard on the border of Fuiss, it presents a deep lemon-yellow colour and ripe, seductive aromas of apple and pear, and hawthorn. The texture is rich and deep, balanced acidity, and impressive persistence on the palate. Due to the double calamities of frost and hail, yield here was only five hl/ha in 2021, so there won't be much to go around." |
