From Clairette vines planted on a south-facing slope on granite soils in the warm St-Julien en St-Alban zone in the Ardèche. The wine shows lively and intriguing aromas of citrus, white flowers, green apple, with herbal and almond notes. The palate is silky and mineral with nice density of white fruits and citrus, with a vibrant finish. Lovely wine - a great aperitif or with anything from the sea, salads and quiches. |
