This Swiss version (aka Malvoisie) from outside of Geneva is aromatic with tangerine citrus, fruit blossom, baked pear, crisp apple and a little bit of nectarine. Lightly creamy in texture, possible from malo, with a salty acidity that should pair well with alpine dishes or creamy seafood. |
