Head trained and dry farmed with roots reaching deep into volcanic Aiken loam soil, the vines are tended following organic practices with a meticulous attention to detail into almost perfect umbrellas of leafy canopy. From a site that begins the growing season on the later side, the wine is characterized by dark, dense fruit laced with an enchanting floral perfume. |
