| Description: | The Carmel Selected Merlot is a new addition to the Carmel Selected series. This Judean Hills Semi-dry blush rose wine is aromatic, refreshing, light and fruity. Produced with 40% Grenache, 30% Tempranillo, 30% Zinfandel, this wine should be served chilled. Pair with cheese, fish or light snacks. Carmel Winery is a historic Israeli wine producer that was founded in 1882 by Baron Edmond de Rothschild of Chateau Lafite Rothschild in Pauillac. It is the largest producer in Israel and one of the largest in the eastern Mediterranean, making more than 15 million bottles of wine a year. All of Carmel's wines are Kosher. |
