| Description: | Old family winery making a range of complex, ageworthy Vouvray in both sec and demi-sec. This is their dry version from 35-year-old vines, fermented in stainless steel and 20% barrel, with an extra 6 months on the lees. A heady, aromatic nose with aromas of grapefruit, lemon peel, wax, honeycomb, and almonds leads into an incredibly fresh palate with mouthwateringly high acidity, some richness, and a dry, stony finish. |
