Known for their beautiful whites and rosé wines from Long Island, (especially 'Summer in a Bottle'), Spring in a Bottle N/a is perfect to celebrate with expectant moms, friends and family who do not drink alcohol or for folks who like to drink, but sometimes not drink! A blend of white grapes - all organically grown - this is made of grapes from the Mosel Valley in Germany. The aroma is pure and filled of fresh hay and fine baked apple, hints of kumquat and of a rose in full bloom. The mouthfeel is vibrant and refreshing, balanced with lovely fruit notes of fresh peach and nice citrus notes. There is a wonderful acidity and good minerality. This non-alcoholic sparkling has an elegant lightness from start to the long satisfying and cleansing finish.
