| Description: | La Cuvee Alex Le Rouge, a legendary brew from BFM, is a Jurassian Imperial Stout clocking in at 10.276 % vol. With its ebony colour, a dense coffee flavoured foam, the bouquet incorporates hints of liquorice, Bourbon vanilla, and Sarawak pepper. Dry hopping (detectable in the upper nose) and the use of roasted malts are also present in the beer. On the palate, Alex Le Rouge introduces burly and creamy tastes with developing aromas that are slightly acidic, but the finish proves to be long with a subtle tartness that grants this revolutionary Cuvee its ungovernable supremacy. |
