These winds make Pinot Noir possible here, and their direct impact adds character and savoury depth to this bottling. Tingly aromatics of pine bough and piquant notes of blood orange introduce a wine of intense brilliance. Mint and dried wild herbs envelope wild green strawberries and tart wild currants.
