The family vineyard extends over 12 hectares spread over 5 communal areas. It is with organic naturalness and compliance with the specifications of organic farming that the conversion has been carried out for 13 years. Less and less present in Alsace, the Sylvaner, worked with low yields, makes it possible to obtain wines with a beautiful concentration, vivacity and mineral expression typical of our soils.
