This Swiss version has a little more weight and power than its more southern versions, but it by no means wants to be a Cabernet. Clean and lean with textbook floral notes, wet granite, clove, nutmeg and rosewater aromas. The palate shows a little savory earth notes with moderate tannins and buzzing acidity.
