| Description: | "Absolutely outstanding, jumping from the glass in a blend of black cherries, sweet cranberries, granitic soil tones, gamebirds, bonfires, and a bit of both cardamom and fresh thyme in the upper register. On the palate, the wine is pure, full bodied, and gorgeously transparent down to its stony soil, with a sappy core, bright acids, modest tannins and laser-like focus on the very long, intense and tangy finish. This will drink beautifully right out of the blocks, but the wine is still a puppy and it would be crazy to not let this wine age in the cellar for at least a few years and really start to hit on all cylinders.
