| Description: | The Zuccardi family has been a pioneer in the Argentine wine industry for decades. Identified as one of the best winemakers in Argentina by multiple publications, Sebastin Zuccardi has led the team into the Uco Valley where they built a state-of-the art winery, producing some of the countrys best wines. In honor of his father, Jos Zuccardi, Sebastin has crafted a wine that reflects Joses personality. Based on the core varieties of Malbec and an addition of Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine sees a slightly more traditional aging than his other wines in a good proportion of French oak. The resulting wine is structured, powerful, yet balanced and complex - just like dad. James Suckling 95 Points - "Aromas of dark berries with licorice and asphalt, as well as black cherries. Pretty clarity to the nose. Full-bodied, yet tight and very reserved with ultra fine tannins that integrate beautifully into the body of the wine. Flavorful and polished. 95% malbec and 5% cabernet sauvignon. Fermented in concrete and aged for more than a year in casks.".
