The Atlantis is an introduction to the house style, based on 90% Assyrtiko with two additional indigenous grapes, Athiri & Aidani. As always, the grape is a transmitter for the smoky minerality of the soils and the salty acidity of the surrounding oceans. Crushed oyster shell, grapefruit, pears and striking acidity that is powerful with a tempering creaminess. |
