| Description: | This fun wine offers a peachy-rose hue that invites you towards its vivacious flavors of orange peel and honeysuckle. It is a bright and clean orange wine with a lively spritziness on a medium body with a dry finish. Naken is a blend of 90% Pinot Gris and 10% Muskateller, all organically grown. BioKult produces wine in partnership with four small family owned vineyards in Burgenland. Following historic traditions, these white grapes were vinified as they would be for red wine, fermented on the skins for several days. The result is a concentrated color with a higher concentration of tannins and structure along with a creamy body. The wine has a small content of CO2 remaining after fermentation that keeps the wine fresh and adds a slight natural effervescence to the wine. Enjoy this fun wine on its own, or pair it with rice noodle dishes, fried chicken, salted avocado, or aged orange gouda. |
