Description: | The Estate is located in a very famous terroir in Montagne de Reims, Verzy. This is where we have grown vines for 13 generations with passion and the wish of transmission of our knowhow always in mind. Champagne Louis de Sacy is a small, family-run estate that has owned vineyards in Verzy since 1663. It wasn't until 1962 that the Sacy family decided to produce Champagne on their own. Today, the family owns and operates 18 hectares of Grand Cru vines planted with 65% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, and 5% Meunier on clay-limestone soils. Our family owns vineyard in Champagne since 1633, and André Sacy, in 1962, make The decision to produce Champagne, creating at the beginning Champagne Sacy Père et Fils which will become Champagne Louis de Sacy in 1986. In France and abroad Then, his son, Alain Sacy, invested in vines in order to be a 100 % independant and has represented his cuvées in France and also abroad starting with New York City in 2001.
