It's creamy in texture but not weighty in feel, with depths of flinty, mineral-tinged orchard fruits and bright acidity. This leaves a salty flourish, making for a rather savory finale, as subtle nuances of lime zest and spice linger. I'm curious to see what a short stay in the cellar might reveal here; yet even without it, this is a fully enjoyable expression of Pinot Bianco.
