Eyrie's 2018 Gris reflects a deep straw-gold color followed by refreshing aromas of Williams pears, quince, hazelnuts, and chamomile. On the palate, Eyrie's Pinot Gris conveys a crisp, dry Alsatian texture marked by layers of yellow plum, Meyer lemon, and Valencia orange fruit complemented by notes of fresh herbs, ginger, and loamy soil. The wine finishes long and satisfying with complex suggestions of Mirabelle plums, green pear, juniper berries, and white peppercorns.
