Description: Perfect for warm weather, this wine holds a lovely balance between bright fruit, crisp acid, and minerality. Made from Syrah, Grenache Noir and Grenache Gris, including some of the oldest examples of these varietals in California, this lively rose has vibrant aromatics and a clean mouthfeel. Aged in neutral oak barrels for 3 months with weekly lees stirring. 1,500 cases produced. 13% Alcohol. Release Date: April 2017 Region Description. California produces the majority of wine made in the United States. Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, Zinfandel and Pinot Noir dominate the wine production in California, but many other varietials thrive in the California climate. Many fine wines are produced in California using Mediterranean grapes.
