Additional expressions on the palate include rose petal, green apple, earthy, minerality, toast, spice, and cream. Medium acidity with a light tannin touch given skin usage in production, juicy fruit intensity bills this wine at medium in body with a medium finish. Expressive, dynamic, complex, and engaging wine. Definitely a cut above the "simple" wine pinot grigo is typically cast. |
