| Description: | 100% Chardonnay from vines averaging 30 years old in the flats of Pommard. The soil is clay and limestone. The grapes are harvested by hand, sorted and de-stemmed. The fermentation is 25% in used oak barrels and 75% in thermoregulated stainless steel vats, where they stay to age for 10-12 months. 7,000 bottles produced. |
