| Description: | Dutton Estate is legendary for farming over 80 vineyards in the Russian River Valley, selling most of their grapes, while retaining a select few. Kyndall's Reserve is sourced from four different vineyards with established pedigree, it then goes through an extensive vinification of equal parts concrete egg, stainless-steel and French oak. The oak has a moderate influence, imparting baking spices, pears, roasted apples, and vanilla. Stone fruits show a tropical side with a surprising kick of acidity. |
