| Description: | Picking is done by hand and the fruit is immediately de- stemmed and placed in stainless steel vats for the macera- tion and fermentation. Traditional to bordeaux the macera- tion takes place for the extended time of 18 - 21 days. Once fermentation is completed part of the vintage is aged in 18 months after harvest. Focused fruity and pure with rich oak barrels from the lafite cooperage. Bottling takes place spice and berry flavors. |
