| Description: | The 2018 Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru comes from contracted fruit sourced from the lieu-dit of Aux Charmes. Deep and noticeably limpid in color, it has a gorgeous, pure and sensual bouquet that shows more composure than the Corton Grand Cru. The palate is medium-bodied with saturated tannins and more backbone than the Corton. The lively, spicy, black pepper-tinged finish lingers in the mouth. Excellent. |
