| Description: | Les Montjoly's single-vineyard cuvée comes from seven parcels within the only site in Le Mesnil-Sur-Oger where argile a silex is found. The deep clay soils give Les Montjolys its richer, smokier character and more rounded, creamy texture. Aged for 6 years on its lees, this wine is built for age and according to cellar tracker it will open up with about 3 hours of air. Stone fruits, apples, flowers, raw honey, baked bread and a pure chardonnay essence. |
