Palate: Grainy and grassy with beautiful pockets of treacle, brown sugar, graham cracker, honey, spice and wood. Body or Mouth Feel: Medium-full body with a silky viscous mouth feel. Nose: Layered notes of plantain, butterscotch, brown spices, peach pit, burnt sugar, and dried florals. Full, yet delicate, intriguing, and engaging.
