Still amazingly fresh and enticing, despite five years of bottle age. Focused and concentrated, with a nose of candied lemon and almond. Juicy, fresh, and clean on the palate, with a light texture and notes of apple, melon, and herbs, supported by a backbone of chalky minerality and leading to a lightly saline finish. |
